KINAPSY is a non-profit association established in 2008 to support the families and siblings of people with mental health problems. As an independent, non-partisan organization, we maintain strict political neutrality while being guided by a specialized Scientific Board of mental health professionals.
Our mission is to empower siblings through psychological support, socialization networks, and advocacy for their legal and professional rights. We also work to improve mental health care conditions, promote rehabilitation through day centers, and lead public awareness campaigns to eliminate social stigma.
We believe that no caregiver should face the challenges of mental illness in isolation. Our work is driven by a commitment to foster resilience through peer support, provide essential legal protection for family rights, and create a more inclusive society. By breaking the stigma and advocating for better care conditions, we strive to ensure long-term dignity and well-being for both individuals and their families.
